A UTILITARIAN WAY OF THINKING

OUR FOCUS IS IN THE RESEARCH, PRODUCTION AND ARRANGEMENT OF MATERIALS. COMBINING TRADITION WITH TECHNOLOGY TO INNOVATE AND PRESENT A PROGRAM OF NEW AESTHETICS AND UTILITARIAN VALUES.

Programm Works is an experiential architecture and design practice, pursing progressive outcomes for hospitality and future living. Through architecture, branding and objects, our outputs purposefully extend beyond the confines of any singular discipline.

We work closely with progressive founders, place-makers and individuals to elevate the potential of personal, cultural and commercial spaces. Through a commitment to rigorous research and physical prototyping, each output reflects a deep understanding of our interactions with the everyday, whilst being mindful of cyclical resources and our impact on the environment.

We have experience in delivering architectural and interior projects ranging from new build developments to historical listed buildings, along with creative direction and brand identities for independent and commercial clients.

Recently, we have completed commissions in the retail, hospitality and residential sectors. With each project, we seek to design spaces and experiences that reflect a particular poetic and material quality.

We interrogate the lifecycle of all materials within our design processes. Repurposing materials, both existing and surplus, becomes an act of exploration — testing how these elements can be reimagined in new contexts whilst retaining an inherent character.

This hands-on approach not only fosters innovation but also ensures that each project remains authentic, grounded in craftsmanship and reflective of our commitment to sustainable, responsible and considered design.
