(INFO)The aluminium series explores and celebrates the contradictory characteristics of this human-made material, highlighting its dense yet soft nature as a substance that wears its scars. Each piece has been finished by hand—sanded and beeswaxed—and will age with use, acquiring marks of wear over time as though mapping its own history.
This series consists of (3) limited edition pieces, made to order, as they utilise leftover sheet material from a renovation project in Edinburgh’s city centre.
